Ginger Ice-cream With Caramelized Pear


Before Cooking Ginger With Caramelized Pear, you need to arrange material for it. First Cook Ginger syrup. Keep sugar, water and Ginger. 50 gm sugar with milk and cream boil it. Egg yolk with 50 gm sugar, whisk till it foam. Then on low heat cook again milk with Egg for 2-3 minutes. Stir it on high temperature but carefully. Now on Chocolate, melt it in the microwave and pour slowly in milk and stir it.

You can cut Pear in any shape which you like most. Put Fry Pan on stove and heat it then put butter in fry pan, as it gets heated give sugar, wine/water, and Pear. Cook till sugar get caramel now put vanilla essence in it.

Before Serving with ice cream take out ice cream 5 minutes before from refrigerator. Serve with caramel pear and stewed icing sugar.

  • 150ml              Water
  • 200ml              Cream
  • 100gm Sugar
  • 50ml Ginger Syrup(150ml Water. 50gm Sugar, 60gm Ginger)
  • 6 Egg Yolk
  • 20gm White Chocolate
  • For Caramelized Pear (2 Ripe Pear, 80gm Sugar)
  • 30gm Butter
  • 100ml White wine or water
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 5gm Cinnamon(Depend on your taste)
  • Icing Sugar to Strew(For Decoration)
