This green apple and pomegranate jam have a very delicate flavour; it’s so nice – just spread on some thick slices of fresh bread. Oh, yes, it’s nutritious too!
- Green Apples, Cored, and Chopped – 2 Cups
- Pomegranate (Anar) Juice – 2 Cups
- Castor Sugar (Caster Sugar) – 1/2 Cup
- Walnuts Chopped – 1/2 Cup
Heat a non-stick pan and add sliced apples and sugar and cook until the apples become tender. Then add the walnuts and wait for a minute.
Add the pomegranate juice and cook till the mixture thickens and gets a jam consistency. Remove from heat and cool. That’s it! Now serve.
